Note: Young Mason Elie Feltner has been diagnosed with leukemia and is going through chemo treatments. It is requested we send a card every now and then to him while he is going through treatments. His address is: Mason Elie Feltner, 421 South Street, Brownstown, IL 62418.
Note: If you have any extra pint jars with lids and gallon Ziploc bags, the Food Pantry could use some, as we need to re-bag some bulk items.
Special Request: The last Sunday of each month, each church is asked to donate some canned goods for the food pantry as they are greatly needed.
FOOD PANTRY - Please know that the food center in Bloomington has cut back on what we receive. We would appreciate it if you could help with the shortfall. Anything nonperishable will be appreciated. Thank you for supporting our food pantry and our local neighbors in need.
Outreach: You can reach out to Jean Whitford at the Rehabilitation and Health Care Center, 505 Stevens Street, Nokomis, IL 62075. If you have any large print books, fiction, preferably romance and westerns, please share them with Jean. Thank you!
